Beatriz has over 10 years’ experience in the research field where she has worked in both the social and marketing research space. This diverse work experience has given her a solid and well-rounded background and working knowledge of the industry and its social significance.
Combining her skills in research, marketing and design, Beatriz has been drawn to communications projects where she has been involved in the development and design of a number of cross cultural communication strategies, toolkits and training resources.
This interest in communications, teamed with a genuine drive to assist organisations in improving service delivery and building cultural competence, led her to develop the online resource CultureMate®. Her mission was to ensure that the tools key to effective cross cultural communication, were put directly in the hands of the user.
